The Oaks At Jackson Ranch HOA
Welcome to the official Oaks At Jackson Ranch web site! Our community is located between Lewisville and Denton in North Central Texas along I-35E.
We are part of the Lake Dallas Independent School District in Denton County, split between the cities of Corinth, and Lake Dallas Texas.

**A note from Jackson Ranch Board of Directors concerning:

Active weather patterns are just around the corner. It can result in damage to property and home. If you have received significant damage, please remember to contact your insurance company immediately.

Furthermore, please be vigilant of contractors leaving signs/flyers on residents' homes. Some of these contractors can charge astronomical fees for emergency clean up.

The association's land company, Lawn Butler (972) 317-2200, will provide discounts for tree trimming, etc. If you have significant damage, also try to obtain several bids to compare costs.

If you need further assistance or name of a vendor, please contact Cyndy Long at SBB Management

Reminders - Thank you in advance

*Please make sure your trash/recycle bins are put away same day as trash pickup.

*SCHOOL IS OPEN - and that means school buses and students. To ensure everyone's safety, please slow down while traveling through the neighborhood.

*park at least 10 feet away from stop signs or intersections

Speaking of parking.....
Residents are urged not to park on the street. It narrows passage for moving vehicles and results in blind spots. This is a concern for emergency vehicle accessibility. Those residents parking along Owen Oaks, Briaroaks, Brookside & Windridge are asked to limit parking to one side of the street.
