                **BOBCAT SIGHTED**
Please be advised that there has been a fairly large bobcat that has been sighted this week in the greenbelt area of Windridge/Springtree. Animal Control has been alerted, but we advise you be extra cautious. Please make sure your pets are safe.

***As you are aware, there is a great deal of road construction going on all around us. Please refer to Lake Dallas' website www.lakedallas.com for more up to date information, as well as the I-35 site for progress on that project.***

Reminders - Thank you in advance

*make sure your trash/recycle bins are put away in a timely manner

*SCHOOL IS READY TO BEGIN AGAIN - and that means school buses and students. To ensure everyone's safety, please slow down while traveling through the neighborhood.

*park at least 10 feet away from stop signs or intersections

Speaking of parking.....
Residents are urged not to park on the street. It narrows passage for moving vehicles and results in blind spots. This is a concern for emergency vehicle accessibility. Those residents parking along Owen Oaks, Briaroaks, Brookside & Windridge are asked to limit parking to one side of the street.
