Welcome to the official Oaks At Jackson Ranch web site! Our community is located between Lewisville and Denton in North Central Texas along I-35E. 
We are part of the Lake Dallas Independent School District in Denton County, split between the cities of Corinth, and Lake Dallas Texas.

PARKING ISSUES: Residents are urged not to park on the street. It narrows passage for moving vehicles and results in blind spots. There is also concern for emergency vehicle accessibility. Those residents parking along Owen Oaks, Briaroaks, Brookside & Windridge are asked to park on one side of the street. Please also be mindful to be at least 10 feet away from stop signs or intersections.

With Spring just around the corner, that means maintenance can begin in earnest  around the exterior of our homes. Please mow & treat those weeds early in the season so they won't be to hard to handle later on. Check fencing for integrity so they don't become a hazard when winds blow our way.
