Keep your pets safe this summer.
*Provide adequate shade and water
*Never ever leave a pet in a car, even if the window is open a crack.
* Remember that walking surfaces heat up very quickly - it's too hot for bare feet and bare paws.
* Limit their exercise - don't let them overexert themselves in the heat.

Signs for pet heatstroke:
- excessive panting
- discolored gums
- mobility problems

seek vet attention immediately!

Reminders - Thank you in advance

*Please make sure your trash/recycle bins are put away same day as trash pickup.

School's back in session and that means school buses and kids walking to/from their bus stop. To ensure everyone's safety, please slow down while traveling through the neighborhood.

*park at least 10 feet away from stop signs or intersections

Speaking of parking.....
Residents are urged not to park on the street. It narrows passage for moving vehicles and results in blind spots. This is a concern for emergency vehicle accessibility. Those residents parking along Owen Oaks, Briaroaks, Brookside & Windridge are asked to limit parking to one side of the street.
