Reminders - Thank you in advance

*make sure your trash/recycle bins are put away in a timely manner

*to ensure everyone's safety, SLOW DOWN while traveling through the neighborhood

*park at least 10 feet away from stop signs or intersections

Speaking of parking.....
Residents are urged not to park on the street. It narrows passage for moving vehicles and results in blind spots. This is a concern for emergency vehicle accessibility. Those residents parking along Owen Oaks, Briaroaks, Brookside & Windridge are asked to limit parking to one side of the street.

Spring has sprung and so have the weeds.  Please mow & treat those weeds. Outdoor maintenance can now be done without fear of chilly weather and frost. Check fencing for integrity so they don't become a hazard when winds blow our way.
